Detection method: According to the structure of the battery pack shell and customer needs, customize the dual-channel fixture and tooling.

Using the pressure test type, put the product to be tested into the mold, press the start button of the tooling, start the test.The INPUT PRESS is -30Kpa, the Filling time is 15s, the stable time is 15s, the testing time is 20s, the leak max is 50pa. During the test, if the leak value exceeds the set leak value, it means that the product to be tested is defective, otherwise it is qualified.
