Equipment used: Hirays HP Pioneer series air leak tester

Test method: Direct test method is adopted. We customize clamps to fix and block the tested products, so that the products are in a closed chamber during testing.

Put the USB interface of the smart watch into the mold and fix it, set the program parameters, and the test. The Input press is 100Kpa, and the leak max is 1Kpa. The filling time is 2s, the stable time is 3s, the test time is 5s, and the exhaust time is 1s.
