Solution: According to the shape of the photoelectric sensor and customer requirement, design the mold and tooling with wire slots.
Using the indirect test function, put the photoelectric sensor into the mold, press the start button, and the instrument enters the test program. The INPUT PRESS is 10Kpa, the Filling time is 5s, the stable time is 5s, the testing time is 5s, and the Pre-fill time is 4s. The Leak max is 30pa.
If the leak exceeds 30pa during the test, it indicates that the product to be tested is unqualified and is a defective product; If it is not exceeded, it is qualified.
