2、 Test method.

First of all, determine the test standard, such as coffee pot protection level test, IP67 protection standard. This is the test requirements of international standards. The test method is relatively mature, but there is no more introduction. At present, most of the high-pressure air tightness tests are non-standard customized, and the test requirements are decided by the customers. The test standards need to be based on the product's use environment, sealing requirements, and product characteristics through the experimental test, and the test standards can be obtained after analyzing the test data. The conventional test method is to inflate the product, cut off the air pressure after charging to the specified pressure, and then detect the internal air pressure of the product, collect the test data to the high-precision leakage detection system for analysis, calculate the leakage volume and get the leakage value. Compare the leakage value with the standard value to judge whether it is qualified.
