Air tightness tester is also known as tightness tester or waterproof tester. Although the name is different, but are used to test the tightness of the product. The principle of the instrument is to use the pressure attenuation method to detect the tightness of a product. so-calledPressure attenuation method, that is to say, to pressurize a product to see the change of gas pressure. There are two situations. One is that the product has air filling holes. We will directly inflate and pressurize the product, then cut off the gas source and observe the change of gas pressure. If the pressure drops, it means that the product leaks and does not drop. The second is that the product does not have air filling holes. We need to make a sealed cavity with the same size as the shape and specification of the product, that is, a grinding tool, so as to fit the product as much as possible, because the test results are more accurate, and then pressurize the gas, and the gas will leakCharge toThe space between the product and the abrasives, and then cut off the gas source, detect whether the gas pressure has dropped, if there is a leak, the gas will leak into the product, it is good if there is no drop.Mainly use compressed gas to detect whether a product is leaking. Because this kind of air tightness testing method is easy to operate, and it is nondestructive testing for testing products, and it is the most advanced testing method at present, so it is quickly welcomed by customers.

Before there was no air tightness test, many manufacturers used the method of soaking water to test whether a product is waterproof. It needs to put the product in the water and wait for the product to dry before the air tightness can be detected again, which is cumbersome; At the same time, if there is leakage in many electronic products, water detection will suffer secondary damage; Because the molecules of water are relatively large, the detection error is relatively large, and it is impossible to accurately detect the leakage of some fine products, so this method is gradually abandoned by customers.

After 11 years of brewing, the products have been replaced and improved for many times. For different products and customer needs, developed a variety of air tightness detector. Here we do a brief introduction to the three most commonly used.

First: positive pressure air tightness detector

Through our precision pressure regulating valve, a certain pressure of compressed air is charged into the test product. At the same time, we pay attention to the gas change in the product in real time on the Harris precision detector. By paying attention to the gas change, we can judge whether the product is leaking or not. Our positive pressure air tightness tester has three different pressure testers: low pressure tester, standard tester and high pressure tester.

The second: negative pressure air tightness detector

Negative pressure air tightness detector is also called vacuum air tightness detector. It is to pump out the air of the product, and the internal of the product is in a vacuum state. At the same time, the Harris precision detector pays real-time attention to whether the external gas will leak into the internal of the product to judge whether the product is leaking or not.

The third flow tester

The method of instantaneous loss flow is used to test the tightness of the tested product. It is divided into mass flow detection and volume flow detection.(generally used for pipe blockage test.)

The main principle is that the sensor can directly detect the leakage rate of the product and display it in real time, which can basically save the time accumulation in the original pressure drop method leakage test. Its test speed is fast, and it can directly display the leakage unit. It is suitable for products with requirements for test efficiency.
