1、 Shape analysis of wire rod

1. The shape characteristics of wire connector with multi wire connector: there is a metal ring fixed on the slurry of wrapping long wire, and two or more wire connectors are connected with the connection holes on different wire connectors by the upward connection of metal ring; Wire connectors are irregular cuboids, which are disadvantageous to sealing test;

2. Two wire connection, three wire connection wire shape characteristics: the overall shape is irregular rectangle, connecting two end connectors is three or two wire, one end of the butt joint is fixed by a fixer, the whole is protected by waterproof slurry, irregular shape is not good for sealing in the test, which is unfavorable for the test

2、 Breakthrough of wire sealing test difficulty of multi wire joint

1. For the shape of wire connector of multi wire connector, Harris has a special abrasive tool to hold, the connector is just stuck in the mold, and the groove for multi wire is also made for sub assembly, which is conducive to the upper and lower closure of the mold when testing, and can avoid the error of numerical value caused by gas leakage when filling with gas.

2. Harris technology has also prepared a special mold for the wires to be connected first. In the mold, the special door has made a groove for two or three wires, and the lower connector has also made a special groove. In this way, it is conducive to the upper and lower closure of the mold, forming a closed detection environment, avoiding leakage when filling the gas in the detection, which is beneficial to the detection.

Put a variety of wire into the corresponding tooling die, and connect with our instrument. There is a valve island, air tank and other parts inside the instrument, and we set the program. After connecting, when testing the wire, press the start button.

When testing, the instrument will inflate the mold. If the wire connector is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value in the instrument will be larger and larger, and the pressure value will drop. At this time, it can determine whether the wire connector leaks, and the instrument test results will also show ng, which means that the air tightness test does not pass. If the tested wire connector does not leak, the gas in the tooling die will be in a constant state after inflation, the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable, and the test result of the instrument will display "OK", indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
