1、 The appearance of automobile switch button and the display of testing difficulties

1. The car switch button is small in shape, which is made of special waterproof materials. The overall shape is upward and convex to the left. For the convenience of installation, the inside of the button is specially chiseled into a concave shape;

In the face of such a situation, Harris technology specially uses a relatively small mold to clip the car switch button into the mold. At the beginning of detection, the upper and lower molds will be closed to form a closed detection space. There is an inflation port at the bottom of the mold connected with the instrument tube, and the gas will be directly filled into the product during detection, which is conducive to direct detection.

At this time, after the tooling connected with the mold is started, a certain volume of gas is injected into the switch button of the car through the air source. After the air pressure is detected, the air supply is automatically cut off and the pressure is stabilized. The airtightness detection system of Harris technology will monitor the air pressure in the mold to determine the tightness by the leakage.

In the detection, the inflation port at the bottom of the mold is connected with the pipe to inflate the inside of the car switch button. If the car switch button is not sealed, the phenomenon of air leakage will appear. At this time, the leakage value in the instrument will be larger and larger, and the pressure value will drop. At this time, it can determine whether the car switch button is leaking, and the instrument test results will also show ng, which means that the air tightness test fails. If the test car switch button does not leak, the gas in the tooling die will be in a constant state after inflation, the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable, and the test result of the instrument will display the word OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
