It can be seen from the shape of the stamping part that the copper sheet stamping part has no air filling port, and the product is relatively thin and small, so it is necessary to make a very consistent mold for the product, and use the indirect test method to test the tightness of the product. At the same time, the output of customers is relatively large, I hope we can do a one out two air tightness testing equipment, so that we can test two products at the same time.

The requirement of this air tightness test is to detect the products whose bubbles are crushed on the stamping parts. If the products are crushed, the pressure in the die will enter into the stamping parts when they are inflated. According to the change of air pressure in the die, the defective products can be detected.

According to the repeated tests of the product, the final air tightness test parameters set for this stamping part are: test pressure 10KPA, upper leakage limit 0.05kpa, inflation time 5S, pressure stabilization time 5S, test time 5S

After setting the test parameters, the air tightness tester and the test tooling can be connected together through the factory air source. At the initial stage of each test, test a qualified product first, and check whether the test result is OK; Test a bad product again to see if the test result is bad. After the test results are consistent with the actual situation of the product, the product can be batch tested.
