1、 Appearance display of mixer rotary blade

1. The shape of the rotary cutter head of the mixer is special. The head is a bowl with hollowed out all around, the middle is a straight blade, and the middle of the cutter head is a long column, which has a high degree of precision.

2. The detection of the device needs to meet its shape and nondestructive, accurate and precise detection, so the detection conditions are relatively high. Because of its special shape, it can not be fixed in the detection, so it is difficult to detect its air tightness;

2、 Demonstration of air tightness testing process of mixer rotating cutter head

1. According to the shape of the rotary cutter head of the mixer, Harris has customized a special mold (as shown in the figure below). There is a special clamping position on the top and bottom of the mold to fix it, and a bowl shaped tool to hold the cutter head is on the top. Because the shape of the mold is fixed during the inspection, the mold on the tooling will close the bowl shaped tool of the cutter head, Forming a closed space;

2. After putting the mixer rotary cutter head into the tooling die, we need to set the program first, and then press the start button after connecting. At this time, the upper and lower molds begin to close, and the instrument will fill clean gas without impurities into the rotating cutter head of the mixer through the upper mold. The instrument display screen will judge the degree of air tightness through the gas saturation inside the mixer cutter head.
