The airtightness detection IP level system provides a method to classify products according to the dustproof, waterproof and anti-collision degree of electrical appliances (including wireless walkie talkie, radio equipment, etc.) equipment and packaging. This system has been recognized by most European countries and announced in iec529 (bsen60529:1992) outer packaging protection level (ipcode). 2、 Description of liquid

0: no protection

1: Indicates a point of water that can withstand a vertical fall

3: 60 & amp; deg; Direct spray of vertical angle water spray

4: Can withstand spray from any direction limited entry is allowed

5: It means that it can withstand low pressure water jet from all directions --- limited entry is allowed

6: It can withstand strong water jet and allow limited entry

7: It means that it is allowed to put into water 15 cm to 1 m in depth for up to 30 minutes

8: Indicates long-term immersion under pressure

The international industry standard waterproof registration IP class has made the stipulation to the dustproof.

Waterproof grade of walkie talkie sealing test (the second X indicates)

8: Immerse in water for a long time under certain pressure

Example: the scale or display instrument is marked as IP65, which means that the product can completely prevent dust from entering and can be washed with water without any harm.

Regulations on waterproof test in ipxx grade:

(1)IPX 1

Method name: vertical dripping test equipment: dripping test device sample placement: according to the normal working position of the sample placed on the rotating sample table at the rate of 1R / min, the distance from the top of the sample to the dripping mouth is not more than 200 mm. Test conditions: the amount of dripping water is 10. 5 mm / min, duration: 10 min.

(2)IPX 2

Method name: tilt 15 & amp; deg; Drip test equipment: drip test device sample placement: make one side of the sample form 15 & amp; 15 with the vertical line; deg; The distance from the top of the sample to the drip outlet shall not be more than 200 mm. After each test, change one surface to another for four times. Test conditions: dripping amount 30.5 mm / min, duration: 4 & amp; times; 5 min (total 10 min).

(3)IPX 3

Method name: drenching test

a. Pendulum tube water spraying test equipment: pendulum tube water splashing test device sample placement: select the appropriate radius of the pendulum tube, so that the height of the sample table is in the position of the diameter of the pendulum tube, place the sample on the sample table, so that the distance from the top to the sample spray port is not more than 200 mm, and the sample table does not rotate. Test conditions: the water flow rate is calculated according to the number of spray holes in the pendulum tube, and each hole is 0.07 L / min. when pouring water, both sides of the midpoint of the pendulum tube are 60 & amp; deg; The spray water from the spray hole in the arc section is sprayed to the sample. The sample is placed in the semicircle center of the pendulum tube. The pendulum tube swings 60 & amp; 60 along both sides of the vertical line; deg;, Total 120 & amp; deg;。 Each swing (2 & amp; times; 120& deg;) About 4 S, test time: continuous watering for 10 min.

b. Sprinkler type water spraying test equipment: hand held water spraying and splashing test device sample placement: make the parallel distance between the top of the test and the spray port of the hand-held sprinkler between 300 mm and 500 mm test conditions: the baffle with counterweight shall be installed during the test, the water flow rate is 10 L / min, the test time: calculated according to the surface area of the tested sample shell, 1 min per square meter (excluding the installation area), At least 5 minutes.

(4)IPX 4

Method name: splash test

a. Pendulum type splash test equipment and sample placement: same as IPX 3 a above; Test conditions: except for the latter conditions, they are the same as those in IPX 3 (a) above; The spray area is 90 & amp; 90 on both sides of the middle point of the pendulum tube; deg; The spray water from the spray hole in the arc section is sprayed to the sample. The sample is placed in the semicircle center of the pendulum tube. The pendulum tube swings 180 & amp; 180 along both sides of the vertical line; deg;, About 360 & amp; deg;。 Each swing (2 & amp; times; 360& deg;) About 12s test time: the same as IPX 3 A (i.e. 10 min).

b. Sprinkler splash test equipment and sample placement: the same as IPX 3 B above; Test conditions: remove the baffle with counterweight installed on the equipment, and the rest are the same as IPX 3 B above; Test time: the same as the above IPX 3 B, that is, 1 min per square meter (excluding installation area) and at least 5 min according to the surface area of the tested sample shell.

(5)IPX 5

Method name: water spray test equipment: the inner diameter of the spray nozzle is 6.3 mm. Test conditions: the distance between the test sample and the spray nozzle is 2.5 m ~ 3 m, the water flow is 12.5 L / min (750 L / h). Test time: calculated according to the surface area of the tested sample shell, 1 min per square meter (excluding the installation area), at least 3 min.

(6)IPX 6

Method name: strong water spray test; Test equipment: the inner diameter of the spray nozzle is 12.5 mm. Test conditions: the distance between the test sample and the spray nozzle is 2.5 m ~ 3 m, the water flow is 100 L / min (6000 L / h). Test time: calculated according to the surface area of the tested sample shell, 1 min per square meter (excluding the installation area) and at least 3 min.

(7)IPX 7

Method name: short time immersion test, test equipment and test conditions: immersion tank. The size shall be such that the distance from the bottom of the sample to the water surface shall be at least 1m after the sample is put into the immersion tank. The distance from the top of the sample to the water surface shall be at least 0.15m, and the test time shall be 30 min.

(8)IPX 8

Method name: continuous diving test; Test equipment, test conditions and test time: agreed by both parties, the severity of which shall be higher than IPX 7.
