1、 Air tightness test requirements of four channel lamp

The four channel lamp used in the air tightness test is made of stainless steel with high precision. Its appearance is exquisite and generous. 2、 Air tightness testing process of four channel lamp

1. Due to the large shape of the channel lamp, it is not conducive to the fully enclosed air tightness detection. In order to achieve the nondestructive detection, we use a four channel air tightness detector, which can detect multiple lamps at the same time. Using the direct detection method, as long as the conduit is connected to the adapter, we can connect the instrument for testing;

2. After connecting the channel lamp with our instrument, there is a valve island, air tank and other components inside the instrument and the program we have set. After connecting, press the start button when detecting the lamp. At this time, the upper and lower molds begin to close, and clean gas without impurities is filled into the interior of the lamp. The instrument display screen will judge the waterproof degree of the lamp through the gas saturation inside the mold.

3. If the channel lamp is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value in the instrument will be larger and larger, and the pressure value will drop. At this time, it can determine whether the lamp is leaking, and the instrument test results will also show ng, which means that the air tightness test fails. If the test lamp does not leak, the gas in the tooling die will be in a constant state after inflation, the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument are also stable, and the test result of the instrument will display the word OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
