Before the test, put the lamp shell into the mold, and then start the tester. When the upper and lower mold will be closed, a sealed space will be formed inside the mold to isolate the external environment, so that the shell will not be damaged and affected in the test. Secondly, in the control of the detection pressure, the precision pressure sensor built in the hermetic tester strictly monitors the change of the air pressure in the mold, and controls the detection pressure within the detection pressure range without damaging the lamp shell. Finally, after a series of calculations, the leakage value of the gas can be obtained, and the air tightness and IP waterproof grade of the lamp shell can be detected according to the leakage value.
